As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a central role in driving early-stage sales activity across the UK market. You will be responsible for outbound calling, generating and qualifying leads, building strong professional relationships, and supporting the wider field sales teams with product enquiries, quotes, and customer education. You will be joining an established inside-sales team and working closely with the UK Sales Manager, contributing directly to revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting and lead qualification.
- Build strong customer relationships across NHS and private healthcare organisations via virtual meetings and calls.
- Provide product information, prepare quotes, and support product training/education remotely.
- Work closely with sales leadership and field Territory Managers to support ongoing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline activity.
- Professionally represent the medical device portfolio as a subject-matter resource.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in inside sales, outbound calling, SDR/BDR, internal account management, or similar.
- Exposure to the Medical / Healthcare market would be an advantage.
- Confident, resilient, and motivated by new-business targets.
- Able to navigate gatekeepers, initiate conversations, and build trust quickly.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting virtually.
- Highly organised with good CRM discipline (Salesforce experience desirable).
- Team-oriented, upbeat, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
