About Our Client:
They are a fast-paced and really entrepreneurial tech company who have been really successful and are continuing to grow. They employ circa 100 employees, many of whom are remotely based. There are circa 20 in the office normally at any one time. The business uses technology to help improve the health care sector, and it is a really exciting time to join them. This is a part-time role as many of the staff are not in the office, hence it doesnβt need a full-time position.
Job Description:
This is a really varied role. You will be expected to manage the office. This includes:
- Ordering office supplies
- Liaising with vendors
- Being in contact with building management
- Helping new joiners with getting the equipment they need
- Arranging for any issues in the office to be fixed
- Providing support to the Head of People with admin tasks
- Working with the marketing team, which involves sourcing merchandise for events, preparing staff for events, doing the monthly calendar templates, and basic data analysis
You will be working alongside a fantastic team who are really friendly and supportive and will be able to teach you what you donβt know, as long as you have the right attitude and can pick things up quickly.
