Job Description
The In-house Solicitor will be:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Providing general in-house legal advice across various business areas
- Supporting the business on data protection compliance
- Collaborating closely with commercial and operational teams
- Helping maintain strong governance and risk management standards
The Successful Applicant
The In-house Solicitor should be:
- A newly qualified / qualifying solicitor with experience in a commercial team
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
- Knowledgeable in data protection laws and compliance
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, friendly legal team
