Job Description
- Provide cost management services across healthcare projects, with additional exposure to education and residential schemes.
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
- Support procurement processes, including tender analysis and contractor appointments.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
- Prepare regular cost reports and financial updates for client teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual and compliance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Ideally from a consultancy background, though client-side experience will also be considered.
- Experience working on healthcare, education, or residential projects is advantageous.
