We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused HR Systems & Data Advisor to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working with HR systems and data. This temporary role runs from 4 February to 26 June 2026, working 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis split between home and Nottingham City Centre.
Job Description
- Maintain and update Oracle Fusion HR data
- Support the production of accurate HR reports and management information
- Manage busy HR inboxes, responding to queries promptly
- Contribute to key HR and systems‑related projects
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth HR processes
The Successful Applicant
- Strong Excel skills and excellent IT capability
- Experience working with HR systems (Oracle Fusion desirable)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence analysing data and producing reports
- The ability to work independently and support a busy HR function
