My client is a medium sized not for profit organisation based in Nottingham who are looking for a Digital Experience Coordinator to join their business on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Job Description

  • Manage, update, and optimise website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Build and enhance web pages using AEM components, ensuring strong usability and user engagement.
  • Ensure website content aligns with UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and the company's brand and tone of voice.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using Adobe Analytics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support SEO initiatives and assist with content audits based on user behaviour and performance data.
  • Maintain and organise digital asset libraries to support effective content management and governance.
  • Provide first-line triage and support for web requests, resolving issues promptly and escalating when required.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external technology partners (Adobe, Zengenti, Mindbreeze) to resolve website-related issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working with web content management systems (CMS).
  • Practical, hands-on experience using Adobe in a business or operational context (desirable).
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively within support or delivery functions to ensure reliable digital services.
  • Must be immediately available or can start in 1 weeks notice.
