About Our Client
A leading business in their sector, our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Nottingham team.
Job Description
- Deliver empathetic, high‑quality support across multi-channels, phone, email etc.
- Supporting high volume customer contact, i.e. 50 calls per day.
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, confident solutions.
- Take ownership of queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Meet KPIs while keeping customer outcomes at the heart of every interaction.
- Use de‑escalation techniques to manage challenging conversations.
Please note: this role will be fully office based and includes different working patterns between 08:30am - 18:30pm across Mon - Sun, for example, 08:45am - 17:00pm.You will enjoy two full weekends off in the month.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, i.e. contact centre, retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to help others.
- A positive attitude and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Can commit to an immediate start fixed term contract.
