Job Description
The Senior Solicitor will be:
- Providing legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
- Supporting the organisation on governance, compliance and risk matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial documentation
- Advising senior stakeholders across academic and professional services teams
- Contributing to the development of policies, processes and best practice within the legal function
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with strong PQE gained in commercial law
