This is an opportunity to work with a well-established organisation within the manufacturing sector. The company is a medium-sized business known for its commitment to operational excellence and employee development.

As the HR Advisor you will provide comprehensive support across the employee life cycle, ensuring best practice in HR operations, employee relations and people development. This role will also emphasise leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies; particularly artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and support data-driven decision making.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Work with the central recruitment team to support the recruitment process, interviews, onboarding.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR administrative tasks.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure workforce planning and development needs are met.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.

A successful HR Advisor should have:
