Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be calling existing clients to discuss the various products and services which are available. You will be cross-selling and looking at areas to increase business and revenue. You will be booking and arranging appointments for partners to close the sale and will be the first point of contact for the client throughout handling a range of queries. The role will involve calling clients that may have recently attended a webinar or an event, having consultative conversations, building excellent relationships, and establishing ways the business can help. This position will mainly involve corresponding with clients over the telephone and please note this role will rarely include any cold calling; the client will have a prior relationship with the business.
