Job Description
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain operational continuity.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise manufacturing processes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
- Experience in managing maintenance activities within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively.
