What We're Looking For

  • An experienced B2C sales leader with a track record of managing and developing successful outbound telesales or contact centre teams.
  • Someone who's hands-on, proactive, and data-driven - you know your numbers and how to use them to drive performance.
  • A motivator and coach who gets the best out of people through structure, energy, and accountability.
  • Confident leading from the front - whether that’s running energising morning huddles, jumping on the floor to support deals, or delivering honest performance conversations.
  • Commercially minded and able to balance sales targets with compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy B2C environment where expectations are high and results matter.
  • Brings stability and ambition - someone who's built tenure and now wants to step into a business where growth is continuous.
  • Ideally, you'll have experience in financial services, motor finance, or another regulated B2C sales environment, though we're open to strong contact centre leaders from other sectors with transferable skills.
