Job Description:
As a Regulatory NQ you will be dealing with a range of regulatory matters including:
- Health and safety investigations
- Transport regulatory matters
- Inquests
- Investigations by various other regulatory bodies
Your duties will include:
- Legal advice on regulatory compliance and related matters
- Support senior professionals with case preparation and documentation
- Draft, review, and amend documents and contracts
- Conduct research to support ongoing cases and client requirements
- Assist in the management of client relationships and maintain high service standards
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks in all operations
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on legal projects
The Successful Applicant:
