Job Description
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to senior and regional leadership teams.
- Design, implement and improve HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle frameworks.
- Lead workforce planning, performance management and organisational development initiatives.
- Support the rollout and optimisation of the HR/ERP system (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and organisational culture.
- Use people data and HR metrics to inform decisions and drive performance improvements.
- Coach and develop managers to build capability, consistency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR governance standards across multiple sites.
