Job Description
As a Financial Mis-selling NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:
- Manage a caseload of financial mis-selling claims from initial instruction to resolution.
- Supervise a team of paralegals.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare and draft documents, including statements and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, providing clear and professional advice on their cases.
