Job Description
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies and controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective financial risk management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
The Successful Applicant
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
