Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Employee Relations and People Advisory team to deliver effective HR services.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Oversee complex casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fair outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training on HR best practices.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, offering guidance on people management and workforce planning.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
