Job Description Responsibilities
- Advising on corporate matters including M&A, equity investments and reorganisations
- Supporting joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements
- Leading client workstreams across domestic and cross-border projects
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing practical, commercial legal advice to senior clients
Qualifications
- A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ PQE in corporate law
- Skilled in advising on M&A, corporate reorganisations and equity transactions
- Able to manage complex legal work and deliver high-quality advice
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and with senior stakeholders
- Confident drafting, negotiating and reviewing corporate documentation
Offer
Salary will be from £60,000 and above, commensurate with PQE plus benefits and hybrid working from Manchester.
