Job Description:
- Lead and manage restructuring engagements from planning to execution.
- Assess business performance, viability, and financial options for underperforming or distressed companies.
- Support clients with contingency planning, options analysis, and stakeholder negotiations.
- Prepare and review financial models, cash flow forecasts, and restructuring plans.
- Coordinate with lenders, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
