Job Description:
- Prepare consolidated monthly reporting packs and deliver variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
- Provide detailed gross margin analysis overall, by production cell, and by customer.
- Manage and mentor a small finance team, ensuring adherence to processes and controls.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes across the finance function.
- Support statutory compliance, VAT returns, and liaise with HMRC as required.
The Successful Applicant:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Similar experience in a management accountant or other finance role.
- Proficient in financial systems and tools; confident in Excel and working with large data sets.
- Experience working in a mid-sized business environment, ideally with international subsidiaries or group structure.
