Description
Management Accountant
- Prepare and present accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis, highlighting key trends and drivers affecting profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust costing models, ensuring accurate tracking of production costs, material usage, and labor efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across the production and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights into production performance, inventory management, and capital expenditure.
- Monitor KPIs related to manufacturing efficiency, downtime, waste reduction, and output quality.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, aligning financial goals with operational targets.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Studying toward ACCA or CIMA
