Job Description
This Senior Manager Risk & Compliance role involves:
- Maintain a complete and effective risk management framework across the company
- Embed a culture of risk management across the organisation through effective business partnering
- Provide input to setting risk appetite
- Support an outsourced Internal Audit model to ensure successful implementation of the outsourced provider's assurance programme
- Manage the Insurance cover
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager- Risk & Compliance should have:
- Successful track record and relevant experience in risk management and compliance
- Evidence of excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with key intermediaries
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's Degree
Desirable:
- Experience of a research function within the Pharma/Biotech/Life Science sector
- Recognisable professional qualification an advantage
