Job Description
- Oversee and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection activity.
- Perform detailed reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Produce receivables reporting for internal stakeholders, supporting wider financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve complex payment and billing issues.
- Maintain robust documentation and audit trails.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance control, efficiency, and data quality.
