Job Description
- Plan and schedule day-to-day repairs, void works, and major repairs
- Manage damp & mould cases and ensure compliance with health standards
- Raise and close work orders accurately using housing management systems
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries professionally
- Monitor progress and update systems to reflect job status
- Occasional travel to different sites every couple of months
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in social housing repairs planning or scheduling
- Strong organisational and IT skills (housing management systems experience)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in property management
