Job Description
- Manage the delivery of commercial fit-out and residential projects across multiple stages.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure programme and cost objectives are achieved.
- Develop and manage project programmes, risk registers, and reporting documentation.
- Support procurement strategies, contract administration, and change control processes.
- Provide clear, regular project updates to senior stakeholders and client teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered to high quality, safety, and compliance standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrable experience delivering commercial fit-out and/or residential projects.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
