Job Description:
The role is a combination of leading the system implementation and driving improvements in financial reporting. Responsibilities include:
- Act as the finance lead for Oracle ERP implementation, including data migration, process design, and system adoption.
- Lead enhancements to financial close and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across multiple entities.
- Develop automated, insightful management reporting and integrate data across diverse business units.
- Support audit, statutory, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and establish formal treasury operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc finance projects.
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with 4-5 PQE minimum.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementation.
- Strong technical accounting ability in financial reporting and control.
