Job Description

  • Lead and deliver Access and Participation programmes and related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across the organisation to achieve targets and milestones.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and governance processes for successful programme delivery.
  • Line manage and support the development of a Project Officer.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for governance meetings and provide timely updates on progress.
  • Organise programmes and activities in accordance with institutional mission and goals.
  • Represent the organisation in internal and external forums to maintain expertise and inform interventions.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
