Job Description
- Manage CEOs' diaries, appointments, and travel with efficiency and foresight.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Support governance and strategic groups with agendas, papers, and minutes.
- Maintain accurate and consistent records and templates from the CEOs' office.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in administration or secretarial support.
- Strong diary and workflow management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to different audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
