- Lead end-to-end Wealth Manager payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and distribute monthly Wealth Manager statements.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Wealth Manager reward structures and payroll mechanisms.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across compensation processes.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of payroll and reward frameworks.
- Draft high-quality documentation; experience writing Board papers is advantageous but not essential.
- Maintain strong governance, control, and compliance standards.
