  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
  • Legionella awareness
  • AHUs / FCUs
  • Plant room checks
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarms
  • Fabric works
  • General maintenance duties

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mechanical Engineer should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working in building maintenance or property systems.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing.
