Job Description
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Consolidation & Close applications within the EPM suite.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business finance and technology transformation needs.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating Oracle EPM solutions into existing systems.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Design and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiencies using Oracle solutions.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout project execution.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong expertise in Oracle EPM, specifically Consolidation & Close applications.
- A solid understanding of business finance processes and technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects within the professional services industry, over £1million in size.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in other EPM solutions, such as OneStream, SAP Group Reporting or Tagetik (or equivalent).
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in business, technology, or a related field.
