Job Description
You will play a key role in managing legal risk and supporting business teams across diverse products, including:
- Investment grade lending
- Real estate finance
- Structured project and infrastructure finance
- Trade finance and related FX/interest rate hedging
This position also involves advising on commercial contracts, property matters, and regulatory developments.
The Successful Applicant
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in general lending and banking & finance
- Familiarity with LMA documentation and UK banking regulations
- Ability to manage transactions at a junior - mid level and liaise with external counsel
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
- Approx. NQ - 4 years PQE
