Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and career development initiatives.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Manage change initiatives and support organisational transformation efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters to stakeholders and employees.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within the Retail or hospitality.
  • Must have used Workday.
  • Happy working onsite 5 days a week.
  • Can start at short notice.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing HR challenges.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
