Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Directly manage 3 account managers within the channel.
- Accountability for all wholesale sub channels: Multi Brand, Nationals, Franchise and Corporate Gift.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners and stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the wholesale channel and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the performance of the wholesale team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all wholesale activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing national accounts in jewellery, fashion, beauty, home or similar industry.
- Track record of driving growth in mid-tier department stores (John Lewis, Next, M&S etc.).
- Prior experience leading, managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience in building and maintaining key client relationships.
- A solid understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- 3 days away from home (combination of London office and in the field).
