Job Description

A Global Reward Partner to:

  • Provide senior reward and partnering expertise to the wider organisation including compensation, benefits and recognition
  • Act as a reward partner to the organisation
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Support in delivering the reward strategy
  • Support in design, renewal and implementation of global benefit programs
  • Provide benefits bench-marking, cost analysis and reporting to inform decisions
  • Be an escalation point for benefit queries
  • Design and deliver reward initiatives
  • Lead operational reward projects to provide deliverables on cyclical activities
  • Global Compensation: pay framework design, market pricing, pay equity, bench-marking and executive reward
  • Use data, reporting and analytics to inform decisions

The Successful Applicant

A Global Reward Partner to:

  • Previous Reward (Comps and Bens) experience within a global organisation
  • Experience working in the private sector desirable
  • Experience working in a high growth organisation
