Job Description:
Part of a highly regarded Marketing team responsible for the external positioning of the firm and delivering over 60 events per annum. We are looking for a hardworking, high energy, dynamic Events Manager with proven experience of executing multiple simultaneous events ranging from small dinners to webinars and large investor conferences. The role requires a strong focus on flawless preparation and implementation, along with excellent attention to detail.
Experience of CRM and event management software is beneficial, with knowledge of Dealcloud particularly useful (but not a must). Financial services or professional services experience is particularly relevant. The ability to work with different stakeholders and members across the firm is essential.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in managing events, preferably in financial services or a similar industry.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of event budgeting and cost management.
