Job Description:

  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E building services systems.
  • Carry out monitoring, fault-finding, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Operate and maintain data centre plant equipment.
  • Respond to alarms and critical incidents promptly, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Complete shift reports, maintenance logs, and system documentation accurately.
  • Adhere to data centre operating procedures, risk protocols, and permit-to-work processes.
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on-site.
  • Work cooperatively with on-site clients, vendors, and engineering teams.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing property-related systems.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience working in a not-for-profit or similar organisation is advantageous.
