Job Description:
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E building services systems.
- Carry out monitoring, fault-finding, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Operate and maintain data centre plant equipment.
- Respond to alarms and critical incidents promptly, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
- Complete shift reports, maintenance logs, and system documentation accurately.
- Adhere to data centre operating procedures, risk protocols, and permit-to-work processes.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on-site.
- Work cooperatively with on-site clients, vendors, and engineering teams.
The Successful Applicant:
- Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing property-related systems.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience working in a not-for-profit or similar organisation is advantageous.
