Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling communications professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
  • Assist in organising and managing events or board meetings as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, preferably within a Medical or Not For Profit environment.
