Job Description
- Own and lead CRM strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
- Design and execute personalised customer journeys to drive engagement and LTV
- Build and manage audience segmentation using behavioural and transactional data
- Partner with analytics and product teams to monitor lifecycle KPIs (retention, churn, reactivation)
- Lead testing and optimisation of messaging, creative, and timing
- Ensure GDPR compliance and best practice in customer communications
- Report on performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within an APP Marketing focused B2C environment
- Must have experience working in APP first marketing business in B2C
- Experience running end-to-end CRM campaigns and a proven track record of CRM strategy and delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
- Proven ability to improve customer engagement and retention through data-led campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Confident communicator with a creative approach to messaging
