Job Description
- Advise charitable organisations on commercial property matters.
- Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and other property-related agreements.
- Handle property acquisitions, disposals, and lease renewals.
- Provide guidance on landlord and tenant disputes.
- Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property transactions.
