Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and oversee business process maps within the banking and financial services department.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align project goals with organisational objectives.
  • Ensure all process documentation adheres to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies as part of project management.
  • Utilise project management tools to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions for new processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Process Map Project Manager should have:
