Job Description

As a Legal Assistant, you will support clients through the remortgage process, assisting with case handling and managing a high volume of calls from customers, banks, and third parties, ensuring each query is addressed to the highest standard. You will request and process documents, update the case management system, and work towards targets and service level agreements. If you are passionate about helping and supporting customers in busy environments, this role could be ideal for you!
