Job Description
As a Trainer and Mentor you will be working alongside an excellent team providing support to new starters and existing employees of the business which deal with remortgage transactions. Below are some of the duties involved:
- Presenting basic induction courses initially with the view to then conduct all training courses once confident in the role
- Creating and organising new training materials
- Marking of audits and ensuring compliance is being adhered to
- Assisting with QA Mentor/Coaching
- Supporting new starters making the transition to their team
- Promoting best practice
- Call monitoring
