The Residential Development Solicitor will be:
- Advising on strategic land acquisitions and disposals for residential house-builders and landowners
- Drafting and negotiating promotion agreements and option agreements
- Acting for local authorities and public sector landowners on development-led projects
- Working closely with commercial property, planning, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated advice
