About Our Client

Page Group are working with an industry leading product distributor within the technical and industrial sector, who are now looking for a new Head of Inside Sales. Reporting into the Group MD, the role will be responsible for managing Internal Sales & Account Management, with responsibility for all commercial decision making within the business.

Job Description

  • Lead both the Internal Sales Department and Account Managers to deliver against business wide objectives.
  • Create and deliver sales performance in line with group objectives and expectations.
  • Develop existing accounts to maximise revenue through strong relationship management and negotiation.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities in the market to increase revenue.
  • Create pricing matrix for existing customers to drive revenue performance.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to create a collaborative and aligned approach to customer.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience leading a Sales or Commercial function.
  • Ability to demonstrate delivery of sales targets.
  • Excellent commercial acumen.
  • Ability to develop existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills.

What's on Offer

Leeds based (on-site) Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) plus personal and company bonus. Great links via M62 and M1.
