Page Group are delighted to be supporting an industry leading, Global Manufacturing & distributor, in their search for a new Customer Service & Export Coordinator. Job Description
- Work with global B2B customers to provide quotations and process orders in line with customer requirements
- Monitor stock levels to ensure products meet expected customer demand
- Negotiate freight costs with existing suppliers taking into account costs, reliability and service
- Plan and arrange the dispatch of international sales orders via air, sea and land, including accurate shipping documents
- Produce relevant and accurate export documentation based on customer requirements or specific country regulations, including Certificate of Origins etc
- Provide a world class level of service to customers via phone and email
- Take ownership of assigned customer issues, handling sensitively and proactively with minimal impact to the customer
