Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be forefront of the business handling a range of queries from clients in relation to their existing products and services. You will be upholding a high class experience providing the best support and guidance ensuring targets and service level agreements are met. The role would be working alongside other teams within the business to investigate any issues or more technical problems. You will use your excellent problem solving and customer service skills to get a quick resolution for each client. Mainly the role will be corresponding with customers over the phone and will be email contact too.
