Job Description
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
- Managing landlord and tenant matters across predominantly commercial property.
- Advising on the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
- Preparing reports on title and certificates of title.
- Carrying out property due diligence to satisfy lender requirements.
- Working closely with colleagues across the national real estate practice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Leeds office.
The Successful Applicant
- A solicitor with ideally between 2 and 4 years PQE in commercial property.
