Job Description

The Professional Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for

  • Managing a varied caseload of professional negligence claims
  • Acting for lawyers, construction professionals, accountants and insurance brokers
  • Advising large insurer clients on complex and high-value disputes
  • Working on claims from inception through to resolution
  • Working closely with senior lawyers and Partners on strategic matters
