Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role will include:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives.




• Manage campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals.




• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print content.




• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.




• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.




• Manage budgets and track ROI for marketing initiatives.




• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialised projects.




• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

• 3-4+ years experience in Marketing - ideally in a complex B2B setting.




• A previous track record in a management level marketing role. Ideally you have been the most senior person in marketing in an in-house setting.




• Proven experience in marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sector.




• Team leadership experience is ideal, but not essential.




• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.




• Excellent project management and organisational skills.




• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.




• Proficiency with marketing tools and software.




• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

What's on Offer

• Salary ranging from £48,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
